Shipping Rates

We offer simple, transparent shipping pricing for all orders:

• Standard Shipping: $5.99 — on all orders

Shipping charges are calculated based on your order subtotal before taxes and are displayed at checkout.

How Delivery Time Works

Your total delivery time consists of two stages:

• Processing Time: Includes order verification, quality inspection, and packaging. Most orders are dispatched to our fulfillment center within 72 hours of payment confirmation.
• Shipping Time: The time your package spends in transit from our warehouse to your delivery address.

🇺🇸 USA & Canada — Standard Insured Shipping: 2–4 Weeks (if item is in stock)

🇦🇺 Australia & New Zealand — Standard Insured Shipping: 2–4 Weeks (if item is in stock)

🇬🇧 UK & Europe — Standard Insured Shipping: 2–4 Weeks (if item is in stock)

🌍 Rest of World — Standard Insured Shipping: 2–5 Weeks (if item is in stock)

Shipping Protection

• Standard Insured Shipping: If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will send a free replacement — no extra charge — provided sufficient evidence is submitted.
• Priority Insured Shipping: Your order is prioritized in our daily dispatch queue. Delivery times may still be similar to standard shipping depending on order volume, but your shipment is fully insured.

Split Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages from different warehouse locations and may arrive at different times. This is normal and does not indicate a missing item.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking numbers are typically activated within a few days to one week after shipment. For the most accurate tracking updates, we recommend using 17track.net. Please note that customs processing may cause delays in some countries.

Order Changes

Need to modify your order? Contact us at support@echozert.com within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been shipped, changes can no longer be made. Please double-check your size and color selections before completing your purchase.
